  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or you can choose to receive a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns and refunds for the following items:

  • Products with Broken Seals: We cannot accept returns for products whose seals have been broken, unless the product is damaged or defective.
